Yammi Dinner for you and your family.
Spending time with your family at dinner table is very important and I would like to help you to make it special, so I want to share a healthy and quick dinner tips with everybody.
Our hot food will be Baked chicken.
Our salad will be Spring Vegies
Recipe for Baked Chicken. 
  • 2 lb of Chicken Breast
  • 1 onion
  • Parmesan Cheese
  • Mushrooms
  • Mayo
  1. Chicken must be either slides very thin or beat with a hammer.  On the top of chicken, add salt, pepper, other if you like.
  2. Chop Onion on the top of chicken.  
  3. Cover Onion with Parmesan cheese
  4. Cover everything with Mayo and on the top of Mayo, place chopped mushrooms
  5. Place in the oven for 40-50 min at 350 temperature.
While your chicken is in the oven, you can quickly make Spring Vegies Salad
Chop Tomatoes and Cucumbers in not too small peaces.  Add chopped red or white onions.  Add cut dill and mix everything with small amount of salt and olive oil.

You Dinner is ready, Pray, Eat and be Happy

  3. I've never heard of the mayo trick, does it give it flavor? I do plan on trying this out though. I love recipe blogs they're so inspiring for a new "cooker" like myself. And of course dinner time is a fine time for family time :)
